Tim is awesome. He takes his time and really walks you through all the available options. He makes all the vape juice himself and will work with you to ensure you get the right mix of VG/​PG that best suits your needs/​desire. Tim is very knowledgeable and appreciates customers who do their research and can have conversations with him about their options!
For a first time vaper — I was extremely grateful for his patience, knowledge, and relaxed demeanor as we discussed the different options I had in equipment, juice, etc.

Awesome customer service. Gave me a great deal of a 4 nine mod and set everything up for me and showed me step by step how to set it up.
