My husband and I have rented a car from this Hertz location twice and had a car delivered to Sebring airport. The first time the agent at the office did not check the car back in for a week and they reported the car stolen even though it was returned to the airport on time. The second time thankfully they figured out where the car was but still charged us $ 100 late fee even though the car was returned on time. It is really frustrating to have a car company be so unreliable with car returns. Both times it cost us extra and we may start renting from another company in spite of our frequent user status with Hertz.
