Big box store that seems to have absolutely everything and yet I wonder… how does Kmart stay in business. Even though the floors were clean and the shelves were stocked, it just had a general feeling of being not-long-for-this-world. On a weekday evening, I only saw one or two other customers shopping. I think the people working outnumbered the people shopping. Everything from food to home exercise equipment to housewares.

How this store manages to stay open is a mystery to me. I don’t like Wal-Mart very much so I decided to switch back over to K-Mart since they were once the industry leader and now an under dog. This Sebring store is seriously understaffed, inventory control is terrible, prices are missing on many items/shelves. I tried to buy a slow cooker today and there was no price on it. I couldn’t locate a single employee(over than the front registers) to check the price for me. Concerning another product, I asked in the pharmacy where sun screen might be located. The woman told me she didn’t know and left it at that ! The registers are very outdated and the entire place looks like it came straight out of the 70s. Zero customer service. I’m outta there, I bought nothing. Back to Wal-Mart
