Menu was extensive, service was great, and the food fabulous. Had the shrimp with garlic sauce and I have had better Also had the Classic Roast with wine sauce which I also would recommend We will be going back if only for the shrimp

About average as outback steakhouse goes. Decent food at slightly high prices. Service was good.

I live in Naples, but sometimes travel to Sebring for business and R&R. I am not one to frequent chain restaurants, but I decided to give this Outback location a try. My group was quickly sat, and within moments our server Matt politely greeted us and took our drink orders. Our drinks were delivered quickly, and I asked Matt to make some recommendations on the menu as I had not visited an Outback location in some time. Matt had an extensive knowledge of the menu, and at his recommendation I ordered the Volcano Shrimp as an app, and the Firecracker Salmon as my entrée. The shrimp was delightful, and came out piping-hot. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to table-maintenance displayed by our server, which is hard to find at a national chain sometimes. The salmon was very moist, and well-spiced. We skipped dessert in favor of some after-dinner drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this restaurant. The employees seemed well-trained and service was prompt and attentive, yet not overbearing. I will be back on my next visit to Sebring.

A very well-run location which is what you need to know when you’re thinking about visiting a chain. I’ve been here twice now and each time was a different waitress. I had no problems placing drink orders quickly. I had no problems with timely refills. All orders for both visits were correct. So my CUSTOMERSERVICE was absolutely solid. The ATMOSPHERE here is completely standard. It looks like every other Outback which is just fine. Note that I found it very clean. Now for the FOOD. On each visit I had a different steak and they were both cooked exactly to order. One was very tender and one was just a little tough but really nothing to complain about. Generally you’re going to pay from $ 15-$ 25 for a steak dinner with two sides. I’ve always found the sides just fine. Of course if you add an appetizer and drinks it can get up there. Any meal comes with excellent warm bread so I usually pass on the appetizer. If you’re looking for a «chain» steakhouse, these folks set the standard and you don’t need to take out a second mortgage!

Service was a bit subpar and there was a wait with open tables. I was driving through and this place seemed the best available choice in this area. I’ll try to eat before making the drive next time…

Yep, I ate at a chain restaurant but in my defense, it was 9:00 at night on a Sunday and I was tired after two hours of driving. So I followed the neon lights here. Not very busy on a Sunday night(no shock there), I was brought to a table and my waitress came by for drink orders a moment later. When she delivered my beer, I was ready for a steak. Wednesday and Sundays they have a special three course deal going, so I had the blue cheese wedge to start(lots of flavor and texture here, a good sized portion!), a six ounce sirloin(cooked exactly to order and with some horseradish, perfect) with a loaded baked potato, and for dessert a mini key lime parfait. My only complaint was that there were two parties of teenagers at separate tables that made a good racket. Once they paid their bill and left, it got much nicer. The food was great, the service was good and the price was excellent. I really have no complaints. As Outbacks go, this was a fine experience.

I am not a regular patron of Outback Steakhouse restaurants and have limited experiences at other locations but I have visited this location 3 – 4 times(due to receiving gift cards from friends and family over the last year). The food is great and have no issues with the food besides the fact that it is quite expensive for mediocre food but that’s a company issue. My biggest complaint with this location is the speed of service. Out of all my visits to the Sebring Outback, I have never been able to be served an entire meal in under 2 hours(this does not include seating time). I have been there when it’s packed and when there was hardly anyone at the restaurant and service takes FOREVER! I suggest that if you don’t have 2 hours plus to spare for a meal, skip Outback Steakhouse. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue, kitchen problems, or training of the servers, but something needs some attention here.

They need to understand temperatures ! Been there a few times and meats are either burnt or raw.

Outback is always good! I have been to this location in Sebring twice now, and each time the food was amazing and the service was top notch! This last time I ordered the rib eye and it melted in my mouth! Each bite oozed that wood fired flavor… making me oh so happy!! The size of this cut was nice and big too, even though I ordered the smaller 10oz option. The server we had was so quick to come over and take our drink orders and bring bread. Everything was timed properly considering we got an appetizer and side salads. Each item came out on its own with plenty of time to enjoy before the meal. Just a plain great experience at this Sebring Outback!!!

Went last night and couldn’t even find the words. Had to wait until I calmed down today to write. Service was HORRIBLE! The waitress brought out the wrong sides with my steak(which I don’t view as a big deal. Easily fixable). But instead I was blamed. She said that is what I asked for, but if I have changed my mind she would see about changing it. Seriously?! I NEVEREVER eat baked potatoes, so I would never ask for them. As a matter of fact, I rarely eat any potatoes. I asked for green beans, just like every other time I go to Outback! She took the potato away and replaced with green beans. We didn’t see her again after that until she brought the bill. Another server had to get us steak sauce and refills. When she brought the bill, she had charged me for an extra side. I pointed it out and she told me that she charged me for«adding the greenbeans.» At this point I was looking for a hidden camera! Horrible horrible horrible. Bad servers will kill your business! The food was fine. The chop salad is the best. Lucky for ok food or this place would have zero stars from me! We are done with this Outback. This was not our first experience here with bad service.

My son ordered a steak medium rare it came back blood rare sent it back came back charcoal on the outside tasted like charcoal and still blood rare the manager on duty was a joke. Rude and he really didn’t care. :(last time I go here another customer lost

Terrible! Initially took 10 min to be greeted by server and another 10 to get drinks. Mind you, this is Saturday night and no where near a full house. Never got server’s name. Just my daughter and me… My filet must have found a good hiding spot under the heat lamp b/c it was totally over cooked, or there was no one running food. Kids chicken fingers came out without side or dipping sauce. Server was sweet but clearly not the best night job choice. Benefit of the doubt… maybe lack of training??? Mike, the server in the section beside us, seemed good… very attentive to his tables. After food was delivered, and subsequently rejected, it took a while to see a manager. I worked at an Outback for 3 years… corporate would be disappointed at best. Get it together Sebring…

The service was friendly and the food was good. The manager even came by to give us a discount. Only hitch was paying so much for drinks. Other then that I recommend it it.

Stopped in for a late lunch. We ordered salmon and a chopped salad. The salad came out without any eggs. When I asked I was told that they had run out of hard boiled eggs earlier in the day. I was told they were going to cook some more as I was also missing the promised avocado. Avocado was brought out, but the eggs were not delivered until well after my salad was done. Salmon was overcooked and on the«fishy» side. Thought we’d change it up as last visits were also disappointing with the meats delivered. Service is laways good — but quality heading«out back»

Beer doubles in price from draft to bottle. «Happy hour» policy is flakey. Signature food offering out of stock(early in evening). Nothing but excuses. Far better restaurants around.

None of the casual dining chains in Sebring are anything to write home about. However Outback is the least offensive. The service is attentive, the food is cooked reasonably well, and the establishment, while not immaculate, is clean compared to the other chains. Go to local establishments first. When you’ve exhausted those Outback isn’t too bad.
