Food quality is decent although my recent visits have come across far better than say what I experienced over a year ago.
A MAJOR issue here however, is the downright Rude Customer Service. The lady at the counter makes you feel as if she’s doing you a favour by taking your order. And their knowledge about the products is downright appalling. To make matters worse, they don’t have the decent courtesy to acknowledge and apologize for dishing out wrong price info on products.
Avoid this joint and go get your fast food craving elsewhere.

This was my first time and last time here. After I received my food and money back, I noticed the cashier short-changed me and did not give me a receipt. I asked for the correct amount back and it was given to me. I again asked for my receipt, and the apparent manager told me «there is nothing I could do.»
I wanted my receipt to give my survey input and enroll to win the prize, but I was in a rush, so I gave up and decided to Unilocal about instead.
As for the food, I order 3 chicken littles and it was subpar and drenched in mayo.
Never again.

Listen, it’d been a while since my last visit to KFC and this location did NOT disappoint.
When my boyfriend and I got there, the person right before us had cleared out shop — like rolled out of there with four freaking buckets of chicken. The employee at the cash register asked if we were okay with waiting 15 – 20 minutes for them to make a fresh batch of chicken, to which we said yes. We bought some chicken littles to tide us over as an appetizer. He comped us our sodas because of the wait, and I was like «goddamn, this is better than restaurant service!» He gets ten stars, for his service and positive vibes.
Our chicken came out PIPING HOT, fresh out of the fryer. Delicious and how KFC should be done.
Seating is kind of lacking in this particular location, and they don’t have a drive thru. Whaaat?

You know — it is greasy, salty and oh so bad for you, but most of us know that going in. I think it can really hit that spit — you know the one I’m talking about, whether we are talking late night craving or just plain old bad for you food bingeing. Either way, the food at this location was fresh (relatively), hot and ready to go. The tables are utilitarian but mostly clean, and the staff seem to be attentive enough to try and keep it that way. Did not try the bathrooms, but am overall happy with meal here today, even if the food is more expensive than my recollection of it years ago.
I’d definitely come back here when the craving hits, although I would probably jot being my kids here (have to set a good example and all that).

No kids meals
Greasier & more expensive than other KFC’s
Speed of service varies wildly on the day.
Try Plaza Pizza instead for *MUCH* better food.

Every time I come to this KFC they give me an attitude when I try to go wash my hands before I order my food because of their «Restrooms are for customers only» policy. They should really take a cue from the 7^th St. Dunkin Donuts in Hoboken that has a sign that reads: «Feel free to use our restrooms or ask for change. We treat everyone as a future customer.» I’d give this KFC only one star, but I enjoy the mashed potatoes so they get an extra star to bump them up to 2.

So happy that KFC opened in Secaucus! Love the food, it is absolutely wonderful. Service is quick. Try the Grilled Chicken! I go here once every week or so, I love it. Nice staff, clean restaurant
