Marra Drug Store Secaucus

A prime example of why the «mom & pop business» needs to be supported by all of us. They have been there forever, but they don’t take any customer for granted! I am a terminal cancer patient, so I have many different medicines. but Marra’s is the ONLY pharmacy that always has what I need in stock, and of they don’t have it, they’ll get it within 24 hours! That’s what made me go them in the first place. I was a Walgreen’s customer for as long as I can remember, when I got diagnosed with cancer, me medicines changed drastically. I was prescribed a medication for pain, and Walgreens didn’t have it in stock, they said they would order it, but it wouldn’t be in for another 3 days! i couldn’t wait that long, Called Marra’s, they didn’t have it either, but they said it would be available 11 AM the following morning! I’ve been a loyal customer since. Everybody there is very friendly as well as professional. I’ve had issues with my insurance company sometimes, they staff always did there best to help me solve the issue. The icing on the cake… they have FREE DELIVERY for your prescriptions as well! Definitely a mom & pop business that needs to be supported by everybody!

In and out in 15 min can’t ask for more. I am staying in a extended stay hotel near the store and they deliver here for free. I needed some over the counter meds. and some tissues. They were ok about delivery of a non prescription order. NyQuil and M&Ms for dinner way to get over a cold.

Bomb digs. Family-​owned. Always well staffed. Always supplied. Mom and Pop prices. Really can’t go wrong here. Great for greeting cards as well. They could afford to update some of their «Hallmark» gift stuff (there’s Antonio Banderas cologne), but that’s part of the charm.

I wanted to find a different pharmacy than CVS right in town (Secaucus), and tried Marra Drugs. I wondered how a small place like this stays open when its right across the street from a CVS…
And the reason is that they are friendly, fast, and with good customer service. I go there for all my pharmaceutical needs just so I don’t have to deal with the rude and slow service at any other major pharmacy.
*Another reviewer said they were overcharged for copies — I actually found a product online, and had the store order it. When I came to pick it up, the price was 2 times the amount I could get it online. I said so, and haggled with the guy until he gave me 2 bottles for the price of one.
Overall a pleasant place where they remember you.

I was so pleased with the gentleman that helped me with the copy machine. Everyone works there is friendly! BUT, guess how much the manager (maybe owner) charged me for 3 copies (black&white)? $ 2!!! Wow, way to make one time business! Seriously! This is rip off! This is not how to run a business!
