This past two days, we journeyed to far lands for inspiration and wonder. Words cannot describe how life changing bowling with veterans or packing 800 meals is. This community outreach program gave me a great understanding of what Wrap 4 a Smile is really about!

Wrap 4 A Smile is an amazing organization that gives students the ability to help give back to their community! In the past, I have worked to pack hygenine kits for those in need. Today, I was given the opportunity to participate in painting a mural for our new meeting place. It was a great experience because I got to work with my friends made through different charity organizations. It allowed us to be outside and spend the day doing something good for our community. I would love to participate in more activities like this in the future!

This organization provides great opportunities for high school students to reciprocate their time and energy to their community and to those in need.
Today, we packed hygiene kits for veterans. It was a humbling experience as it made me truly appreciate the freedom that we, as citizens, have through the veterans’ sacrifices.
