I came here for the wings because I was told they were the best. WRONG! I asked for extra crispy and they were like rubber. Biting into them was awful. The meat was dry and I had to struggle to remove the meat from the bone. Great wings are hard to find, but this was a horrible attempt! Will not return.

Stopped in here for drinks on our way to Deckers. The patio is nice and roomy. Service was painfully slow at times, but our server was very friendly. Drinks were decent pours and moderately priced.

Ehh. Good place to eat at after a day up the mountain but nothing special. Food is good. They ruined the awesome back patio by enclosing half of it. The people who I was told are the owners disappointed me last time I was in.

Chef Dougie could cook at a 4 star downtown restaurant but prefers the country atmosphere of Sedalia. Buckskins is lucky to have such a fine chef!

Each visit on nice weather weekends has only had one bartender/food server??? She is always nice but never hustles when extra patrons roll in so service is slow. Kitchen VERY slow considering how few ordering food. Rocky Mountain Oysters too thin & overcooked. Perplexed as to why TV’s have game info on that you can buy/play vs. current sport events. Do we really care on questions & scores? Yes, we like to carry on conversation but also want to hear music. Hello Bud’s Bar & Stagecoach Saloon.

Worked OK for us tonight. Meal was good. Server was very good. I came because of the Facebook marketing, otherwise I would not come to this place. Worth the stop in.

We went for dinner tonight at 6:30. Probably some of the worst service we’ve ever received. We were promptly greeted by our server as soon as we sat down. That’s where the service ended. I wish our server would have used a tray to bring our drinks verses trying to carry four at once, stuffing my water under her arm pit(sleeveless shirt too, yuck!) I reordered an ice tea. We where unable to get the servers or bartenders attention for one of our family members to get a second drink. It’s not that they where slammed, there was only one other table being occupied. Probably was more important for our server to hang out and visit with a couple at the bar, assuming friends. It took forever for our food to come out. Which was normal bar food. The fries I would say where good and unique though, everything else may have been from Costco. Please purchase trays for the staff, as my food was delivered in the same manner as my beverage. The server was polite when she did show up when we signed the check at tip time. The restaurant/bar/restrooms where clean and the atmosphere was good. We will not be returning as the nice thing about going out is the service which is nonexistent here.

Best place in Sedalia! Big bar with lots of options. My bison burger was fantastic and came with weird(but fantastic) fries. Reasonably priced for fresh gigantic burgers. Super nice staff. There’s a cover every once in a while but it’s only with a live band.

We went on a friday night. The beer was cold, but the taps were broken alot. The band was ok, but seemed very karaōke-ish. Wasnt a lot to do unless you just wanted to chug beers or dance. If you wanted to dance, or have a large group of friends then I could see the hang out. What I can say, is that it is good to have a place in Sedalia to go to late night. Hoo-Ray for that. Oh, and for gods sake, lose the general store… so tacky I should have gave you one star just for it.

The bartender«Lindsay» was super sweet and polite. She was professional, more than I can say for the owners. Doors opened at 11, we walked in to grab some lunch based off of a tip a friend gave us. As soon as we walked in the female owner went in to 20 different questions about the doors being locked(don’t ask me I don’t know why). She was extremely rude. As a restaurant owner you want to make your customers feel welcomed not bombard them with questions or an attitude. The«Guy in the cowboy hat»(I assumed to be one of the owners) made eye contact but never said hello or thank you for coming in. Again you want your customers to feel welcomed after all they’re spending money in your establishment. Make the effort! The poppers seemed to be store bought, packaged from Costco or something, they were at least warm and were given a generous proportion(more than most have done). The shredded cheese was store bought as well(after all it is a bar and they probably focus more on the drinks). The food was definitely over priced. At least the beer they got from Castle Rock was cold and tasty. I have to agree with the other reviews. Except the first, it definitely sounds more like an advertisement than an honest review. I will not go back. If you do decide to go in at least get«Lindsay» she’ll be honest with you and polite. Updated: 8÷12÷14; I received an email from Lon(one of the owners) stating that the guy in the cowboy hat is the building manager in charge of maintenance. That neither one of the owners were present. I find that hard to believe because I asked who was the women and was informed it was Laura one of the owners.

The first review reads more like an advertisement than a review. The second one is spot on… I’ve been waiting for the reopening of this bar for over a month and what a disappointment!!! A coat of paint and a name change just doesn’t get it. The tap beer was foamy and warm… There was a guy walking around in cowboy hat, wranglers, and cowboy boots who I think was the owner. Totally oblivious to anyone who was not a regular… Believe me there is no REAL change from the Sedalia Grill. Don’t waste your time or money on the new owners folly!!!

This place just opened up. The owners Lon & Laura Bale have put a lot of time, money and a whole bunch of love into renovating this establishment. This is one of the best Country bars in the surrounding areas. The staff and owners all are exceptionally geared towards customer service and satisfaction. The menu is just getting started. So there is limited one currently in place. They will be offering free line dancing classes. On one of the most gorgeous wooden dance floors I’ve seen in a while.
