Three years later, and whenever I’m in the area it’s fantastic to know that I can still completely trust my skin to Christy at Blue Sage Day Spa. She’s constantly researching and upgrading her techniques and product lines with the latest research and technology. I’m thrilled with the results of the Osmosis product line that she carries. She reads my sensitive, acne-prone skin and makes it happy and calm and glowing. I can totally trust at this point that whatever Christy recommends for my skin is really the best thing for it. Christy is also fantastic about working around my crazy schedule and has never had a problem fitting me in the same week or next day. And no, we’re not family, as another reviewer suggested. I pay full price and I consider it an excellent investment in my health and well-being.

I’d visited Sedona in April and I wanted to have a facial while I was there. I read the reviews for Blue Sage/Christy and now I feel that those reviews must have been written by Christy’s family. If she has 25 years experience, then obviously nobody ever told her how to improve her technique. Her touch was VERY light… which is o. k for a facial but not so good when she’s working on neck and shoulders. She spent a good deal of time«going to get fresh water» during the facial. Her products were o.k. but my face felt very tight and dry afterward. She used no steam or anything to hydrate. Will I be back? Probably not.

My girlfriend and I went to Blue Sage for a massage and facial. I am from the Bay Area and my girlfriend is from the DC metro area. I was very personally impressed with my 90 minute facial and 30 minute massage. Christy was amazing with the facial and neck/head massage. She uses Rhonda Allison products and I think I am going to switch. My friend raved about her 90 minute massage by Beverly. She was equally impressed and she usually goes to Elizabeth Arden Red Door for her massage. It was the best massage she has ever received. Blue Spa is a small studio where the locals go. We wanted to go here versus a mega spa b/c we wanted to get quality services and get an additional services for the same price.
