Forest Houses

We’ve been coming to the Forest Houses for almost 12 years and we are in LOVE. We’ve stayed at about 75 of the beautiful cabins built on private property and right on the creek. Nestled in the woods, it’s a few miles past Slide Rock and because it’s on private property expect to be left alone (bliss.) It almost feels like paradise, it’s so beautiful and so well taken care of. We’ve stayed in the Trout House, Bridge House, Cloud, Diamond House, the list goes on and on. If you are loud, have unruly children this place is NOT for you. If you want peace, this place IS for you! No phone, no t.v., no internet — so bring a book and really good company because the Forest Houses is a place to rest up, reconnect and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
