By far the best massage of my life! The only reason I didn’t give a five star review was because the spa needs an overall facelift.

The spa is apparently running out of money, the amenities have benn reduced. Maybe the management needs to be replaced. Or the Hilton manger needs more control of what the needs of visitors to Sedona need. Too bad it’s a great spot !

Everyone was friendly and accomodating even though I wasn’t staying at the spa. I got a great mini facial exfoliation treatment and brow wax by Chizamura(or something like that — a Japanese name). She did an awesome job on my brows. I’m very picky about that. I didn’t use the spa’s amenities so I can’t comment further.

I received very friendly service at the spa. They worked with me on determining the best services as well as scheduling around our other activities. I had a wonder Sedona Vortex massage, which I would recommend if you want a little of everything including hot rocks. The facial was ok, but the lady did talk a bit too much. My husband also enjoyed the really nice lap pool that they have.

Although the spa menu is relatively complete and the quality of the service is high, the staff is so unfriendly and distracted, they act like you are intruding upon them. It is unbelievable. They won’t stop what they are doing to help check you in or out, and they clean around you while you’re working out and stretching. We had massages and facials and all of them were absolutely great. The gym is sufficient but not state of the art, as advertised. The locker rooms are adequate but there are very few benches to put your stuff down while changing. One of the blow dryers shorted out on my mom and the staff could not be bothered to change it. I really don’t understand the attitude of this place. With just a few behavioral tweaks, it could be such a nice facility.
