I have been blessed to be acquainted with Sarah Cottle over the previous year. I had 2 days of CranioSacral Therapy sessions with her recently and I have found her to be one of the most professional, thoughtful and skilled practitioners of CranioSacral Therapy that I know. I am myself also an experienced CranioSacral Therapist (since 1993), and it is quite difficult to find a therapist who has the skill set to meet my rather picky expectations of skill, insight, good hands and pleasant intuitive nature. Sarah Cottle is all that, and More! During the sessions she did for me, she was exactly right on intuitively and has skillful abilities to follow the body’s needs and anticipate where she needed to be working to get the best results.
I am willing to drive all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Sedona, Arizona, just to have some top quality CranioSacral Therapy sessions from such a fabulous CranioSacral Therapist, Sarah Cottle. She has top level techniques and abilities that exceed my high expectations for a therapist I am comfortable having Sarah work on me, and that is not typically the case with other therapists who lack the same superb therapy skill set.
My knee pain from a fractured patella in Feb 2015 (as well as some other miscellaneous aches and pains), improved dramatically after she worked on me over the course of 2 days. My overall health has been good, even though I am 63 years old. CranioSacral Therapy helps me maintain steady good health and I am easily able to stay active, healthy, fit and in overall good condition! I have also ! had a clear reduction in tension headaches and tinnitus since my sessions with Sarah Cottle.
