GORGEOUS. The best flowers I have ever received via delivery. The bouquet was ordered over the phone and it arrived to perfection. They are also very reasonably priced. Fresh, lasted longer than most flowers. The staff was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. They work with you to get the details of your order correct. LOVE THE FLOWERS!!!

I received the biggest basket full of breakfast treats as a Mother’s Day gift from my sons while I was on the road with my mom and sister and away from home for the day. Kim arrived at the hotel where we were staying and brought croissants, pastries, melons, grapes, orange juice and two splits of champagne. It was a wonderful surprise and Kim could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

My mom has just moved to Sedona, so I was unable to celebrate her birthday with her. (Sad, I know.) I looked on Unilocal for a florist in the area, and I chose the one that was closest to her. I looked on the website, and saw they had some pretty arrangements. I ended up calling to order the flowers, and told them what my price range was, and the colors that my mom wanted. I feel it’s best to let the florist use their creativity, and make the arrangement based on what they are feeling. =D My mom loved the flowers, and they turned out beautifully! :)

This place rocks! Kris is absolutely amazing! I had no idea what I wanted for my bridal boquets. She made it so easy. They were delivered on time and they took my breath away! Don’t go anywhere else!!!

The morning of my wedding day, I received a call from the Safeway florist stating they did not have the flowers that I had previously ordered from them for my bridal bouquet. Nonetheless, I was beyond frustrated because I thought I was not going to have the flowers I wanted for my special day. I then decided to stop by Mountain High, explained my situation, and spoke to Kris, asking her if they could get a bridal bouquet and boutonnière together at the last minute. She showed me the flowers they had and was so kind and helpful! They had a beautiful assortment of flowers to choose from. She told me she would have it ready for me in a half hour!!! They made me a gorgeous bouquet and made a panicked bride feel at ease and thrilled with the end result! Thank you Kris and Mountain High!

I ordered a Poka Dot bouquet for my daughter from Mountain High’ s website. My daughter sent me a picture of what she received. What she received and what I ordered bore absolutely no resembulance, NONE! I ordered daisies, pink roses, a crystal square vase with a poka dot ribbon. She recevied a ugly green vase with a organza bow tied on it with some non-​descript chrysanthemums and white spray roses, not arranged at all. Looked like leftovers! What makes matters worse, the manager didn t seem to care and said they had the right to subsitute whatever they needed to. If the manager would have been sympathtic at all I would probably be okay, but she wasn t. She was very defensive. Their website says they have a 100% guarantee, but I was not offered a refund or a new arrangement. Needless to say, I will not be using this florist, nor will any of my family, friends or business contacts in the Flagstaff area.

My sister ordered a beautiful bouquet of orchids and roses online for about $ 70 from this company to send to my mother for her birthday. What they actually delivered were cheap daisies, a couple purple roses and a hydrangea that only lived for a day and a half! Certainly not worth $ 70 to say the least. She has tried calling and emailing them to get at least a partial refund and they haven’t responded to anything! We will keep trying to get it back, but we will not be using this flower company ever again.

It was a pleasure working with Kim for the flowers at my wedding. The service here is impeccable. She met with us without an appointment, spent time with us going over details (even stayed after closing and never made us feel rushed), and even accommodated us with add-​ons on the day of the wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and they lasted for a week after the wedding. Looking for flowers… Go see them.

i know very little about flowers. when i walked in, fiancé in tow, to discuss wedding flowers i was scared. i had no idea what they would cost, what to choose and how to not spend a fortune. kris was absolutely wonderful. we didn’t have an appointment, but she met with us anyway. she went over different options, pulled together pricing and helped me trim the budget by offering alternatives, like suggesting round centerpiece bowls instead of square to save some cash. she didn’t balk at making collar flowers for my dogs (they turned out amazing) and suggested hearty flowers that the dogs couldn’t destroy that would complement the bridesmaids and groomsmen. she didn’t require an insanely high deposit to hold the date, unlike other florists. she delivered fresh flowers to the bakery for our wedding cake at no additional cost and delivered bouquets to our parents the day of the wedding for a really reasonable price.
questions, changes to our order and additions were handled quickly and with ease. it truly seemed like there was nothing this florist wouldn’t do to make me happy. i stopped by the day before the wedding to drop off cards for the bouquets they were delivering to our parents the next morning and kris asked if i wanted to see my bouquet — of course i did! i gasped when i saw it … it was more beautiful than i imagined it would be. i really couldn’t believe it. on the day of the wedding the flower delivery was on time, fresh and beautiful. this florist really, really deserves the 5 star rating i’m giving them.
