We used this company for the past three years to rent our townhouse in Sedona. Initially it seemed to go well, but our unit wasn’t rented very often. We also noticed they would constantly call and say different things needed replaced/​repaired, at a cost considerably higher than it should be. They rented the unit to a tenant that did $ 5,000 in damage; although ultimately the tenant paid the damages, we were later informed by our neighbor (the Homeowner Association president) that at least 15 people were staying in our unit and many were sleeping in the garage. When we asked the Property Manager how this was not discovered, we were told they had «too many» properties they were dealing with to check on them all. We stuck with them in spite of this. When we decided to buy another home in Sedona, we requested feedback from them as to how it would rent numerous times, which they ignored. When we expressed disappointment at their lack of response, they terminated their relationship with us. We had been warned by numerous people in Sedona who had negative experiences with this company, which we ignored. This company has no loyalty to the owners, is only interested in how much money they make off of you, and if you dare express any dissatisfaction, they are unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend you choose a company that actually appreciates your business.

I am currently renting a condo in Sedona AZ that is being managed by Sedona Elite Properties Mgmt. I have lived here for about 7 months and have had a few maintenance requests. Elite has responded to each one very quickly and the issue has always been resolved by the end of the next business day. I am most pleased with this company!
