I do not understand a previous review by Alexander. This is a very clean place which caters to senior citizens. I did not see any dirty people. Maybe he is the dirty one who needs to shower more often. lol.
Best equipment I have seen anywhere. Great attentive staff and low cost.

A gym without showers? What a joke. Just go to snap fitness right down the road. If I want to work out with a bunch of dirty people I will go here lol

This is a great place to workout. The owners are very nice and always attentive. A great atmosphere for yoga, Pilates, etc classes or for just working out.
