We’ve eaten here twice in the last month, as Subway is one of our go to places for a quick lunch. Sadly, management has seemingly made no attempts to train staff at their jobs. Staff always seems moderately friendly, but today our sandwiches took forever, with the sandwich maker literally taking one piece of onion at a time, placing each on the sandwich, one piece of spinach at a time, placing each on the sandwich. Even the folding process of the sandwich paper was painfully slow and overly precise. So glad we beat the rush of 8 people who came after us and had to wait a longgggggg time. The sandwiches were fine, but the entire staff seems oblivious to any sense of urgency to start a sandwich and complete it. Bummer, because it’s in an awesomely convenient location.

Note: this is my first bad review on Unilocal ever. Usually I wouldn’t post a bad review. I figure everyone has bad days and I tend to be forgiving. However, the manager(who was the person who helped us/made our sandwiches) was so incredibly rude that I am compelled to leave a bad review. She was flat out mean. Snapped at us about the order, seemed rushed although there was no one in line behind us(there was 5 of us in our group). Rude from start to check out. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a retail experience. Boo! We love subway but WILLNOT be back to this one.

Holy physically and mentally slow! I would only recommend going here if you were interested in seeing how dumb a subway employee can be. It took 2 minutes to order, 14 min to cognitively register what I said, and another 18 minutes to count my change. I’m amused more than I am upset. Christian, lay off the weed.

Worst Subway every! This woman who I assumed was the manager with her negativity, loudness and throwing orders around, made me feel uncomfortable, and all I could imagine was the spit flying out of her mouth on the sandwiches she was making, then the other employee had no apron on and noticed his shirt(which had food on it) was dragging across the sandwich he was making, I let him know his shirt was in the sandwich he was working on but he did not seem to care, then he worked on my sandwich did the same thing! My husband payed for it anyway, ate his half, mine went in the trash, I think the health Dept. should check in on this crew

The worst Subway I have ever visited! Crappy employees, crappy manager and crappy sandwiches! All employees are full of attitude. There is this guys with hair coming out of his cap on one side who only throws the lettuces and other ingredients on the sandwich. The manager has no smile on her face and is so nOT welcoming. Will never visit this place everrrrr…

This is a horrible Subway. The manager(a woman) was complaining very loudly about other employees and said that they were fired. The other guy making our sandwiches was rude and did not even look up at us or smile. The made a comment about his two weeks notice almost up. This place was awful and as a local I won’t be returning. I think the only reason it stays in business is from lack of choices and tourists that don’t know any better.

Generally bad food, bad service, and the drive thru hasn’t worked in the last few years. The staff is usually friendly, but this place should be put out of business. I’ve gotten sick here numerous times as well.

Horrible atmosphere, thanks to Lil, apparently the manager. She was rude to the employees and threw the food together with no care at all. She loudly instructed a trainee not to trust anyone. She replaced a roof tile and let insulation fall without covering the food. Awful place, worst Subway ever.
