Rip off in 2 words. Charged me $ 125 for 4 minutes to unlock my vehicle and were rude on top of it. $ 125! Said it was a holiday rate it was Thursday the 24 th, that is not a holiday plus it was before noon! Never call them again

Donnie was awesome. He took care of us late in the evening, was professional, charged a fair price and he followed up days later with additional information… after we had already paid. He also gave us great recommendations for trails in Sedona.

So disappointed! I called the Lock Doctor Sunday evening, and had an appointment scheduled for 10 am Monday morning. Each day, after waiting many hours for them to show up, I called and found there was some problem, and the appointment was rescheduled for the next day. Now it is Thursday at nearly 2 pm, and he still hasn’t shown up for the 10 am appointment. Don’t do business with them! They are ureliable!
