This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I didn’t expect too much from a one man shop, but I dropped my car off Monday (no one was in the shop so I had to leave the key) and had to place multiple messages to get a call back. When I stopped by the shop later that afternoon and he was sleeping outside the shop and hadn’t even touched the car that was in front of mine. I called a couple more times and never received a call back. Finally I had to stop by the shop and get him moving on my car. He had promised to start working on my car Tuesday morning and when I stopped by Wednesday (still no call) he still hadn’t touched it. Maybe he will be cheaper than other shops, but since I rely on my car for work I will never go back here again.

Alan has worked on two of our vehicles and both times he got us in quickly and completed the work for less than what others quoted. One time was a mystery sound that was hard to diagnose. Other shops tried to sell me on expensive transmission work. He found the real problem and fixed it at half the cost. He is a small, one man shop, so don’t expect a big customer service team. You work directly with Alan.
