We used this realty agency for property management for a number of years without a hiccup simply because they told us virtually nothing that was going on with our property. While they could cash a check and take out their monthly fee without problem, if anything else happened to the property, well forget it. When the s*(t hit the fan and we found out everything that they had not told us including deep structural issues that had not been resolved, ongoing tenant complaints that have resulted in placing them in danger and appliances breaking down without any attempt to relay the need to fix or replace, we had a list that is still not fixed despite a few months of trying to tackle. When we tried to piece together the ways in which various things had gone unresolved over the years, Bette had little idea of what Brian (former owner) had done and neither kept any kid of good record. Its been many months since Bette took over from Brian and while we gave her chances to pick up his mess, she has no knowledge of any one to call on in the moment of need and absolutely cannot be counted on to respond in quick and timely manner. She simply repeats the questions and then gives the same answer over and over again («call the city» or «that’s not in or records» or «good question»). Files continue to lack important documentation, no real help to resolve imminent problems other than emailing the same questions to people who were of no use and on top of that, portion of deposit money just lost. You would honestly do better paying that 7^th grade neighbor next to your property to manage it then hire this company. Complete dingbats.
Get your tenants to directly deposit their rent check into your account. That is all that this company did and did it for a 10% fee. Utter waste of time and money.
