The worst customer service on record. Whoa. It was far more than simply a language barrier. I went in for a refund or at least a replacement for shellack that pealed off like stickers two days after I got them done. The guy told me, «we don’t guarantee our work (shellack is supposed to last more than 2 days regardless!), we don’t do refunds, you will pay to get them fixed, it’s your fault they came off.» Additionally, the other employee completely lied to the owner about what I said when I walked in. Literally made up a story to make me look like an idiot. It was terrible. I will never go back. Previously I had two great shellack manicures there, that lasted fantastically. But because of how horrible they behaved when I confronted their mistake, I won’t ever go back there.

I love their gel colors! Everyone should try it at least one. Totally worth the money since shellac last very long!

I have gotten good manicures and pedicures from this salon. I haven’t used their other services as of this writing. They accept walk-​ins and appointments. They’re centrally located in Downtown Sedro Woolley and there’s ALWAYS parking. They’re open every day except Sundays. It’s my go-​to salon when I’m in the area.
