Hired this guy a few years ago, perhaps he’s improved but not good with painting, stair construction nor detail. We had to re-​paint an entire house, he painted over extensive peeling paint and rot, he installed wooden stairs and they had to be entirely redone, the middle support was torqued and nails split the step boards, and it was not supported properly at the bottom. When working in the house he scratched furniture with his belt buckle and painted a bathroom in the dark letting paint run down the wall. I was too busy to do anything about him at the time or I’d have taken legal steps against him. I have pictures to back my statements.
