If you want your kids to learn karate and/​or you’d like to do some cardio-​kickboxing, there’s no one better than Joey Greenhalgh, the owner and sensei of Dojo One. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever known, and he knows how to teach while making it fun.
You’d never know to look at him or talk to him that he’s won multiple national karate championships, but he has. If you combine that with the positive affect he has on both children and adults, you’ll begin to understand why this school is so good.
