I have stopped by several times in the morning. The cashier (different ones) are unfriendly, tired (hung over, or just don’t want to be there). Extremely slow, only one person waiting at counter.
Went there today, purchased 3 bags of coffee that was on sale for 19.99, she rung them up at full price 8.99 each. Told her they were on sale, had to show the big poster in the window. She could not figure out how to change price. She ask for help from the one in charged, she had no idea how to put the right price in.
Finally after about 10 min she just gave a credit on my card.
I will stick to dd in Rehoboth, always fully staffed and efficient.

This is the organized D&D in the area. The other outlets microwave your bagel and its gross. This one has a consistant staff that handles their jobs.

Service depends on time of day you go. Some of the staff are VERY rude. Others are super friendly. I’ve pretty much learned when NOT to go do to rude staff. Also a few times I’ve order decaf and got a headache afterward (likely they poured caff due to late night and being out of decaf), Mid day they tend to be out of certain donuts and bagels, but if you go early am they are always fresh. Its a chain so no need to tell you want it taste like (sure you already know).
