Came in for an upgrade and was blown away by the customer service not only by one but all members of the staff. I ended up being there for over and hour but didnt mind one minute as they carefully took care of my every need. All of which was done with patience and professionalism. I am a social worker so that whole tech side of brain doesnt work but they made sure all of my silly questions were answered and never made me feel ovewhelmed. They had a huge line and still i felt like i was the only person there. Christine and Sean were both amazing and i really appreciate their help. This kind of stop can be too much for me sometimes, but i will surpass all of the Tmobile «service stories» for this customer service any day!!! Thank you Seekonk store and this review is based on 3 separate occasions; all of which were 5 star experiences. Well done.

Come here all the time for my cell phone account needs. Staff is very well trained, patient and professional. They do their best to understand your needs and concerns, and offer you the appropriate products. I’ve never had anyone ever try to oversell me, or sell me something I don’t need. I recommend this corporate location most highly!
