Valvoline Instant Oil Change

5 stars for great customer service and for actually making me look forward to my next oil change. The guys at this location make everything seamless for you, and they’ve all got great personalities. not what you’d usually expect. It’s not everyday you find a place that you trust with your car, but this one blows it out of the park. Definitely recommend!

Generally, I like VALVOLINE for oil changes, but this is a location to avoid, especially if your car is a little bit out of mass market. Some of the guys here seem like they have never handled a tool.

Oil changes like lightning, no pressure on other services you may need, good info, and did i mention fast like lightning!

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years or so. A friend told me about it and I’m glad she did. I like how you can just stay in your car while they do the oil change or whatever work they’re doing. The workers are VERY nice and friendly and don’t pressure you into doing more to your car. They usually have coupons on their website or I get them in the mail so I always check before I go. I was going to Jiffy Lube before which was okay, but most of the time I couldnt understand what they were saying. I prefer Valvoline over any place else to get my oil changed.

Getting an oil change is like going to the dentist; you put it off, delay it, until its absolutely necessary and you power through it and go on with life. At this Valvoline, they make the process as painless as it can get. Would never thought I would get an oil change place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. There’s never a line, all the techs are friendly and fast. You just drive in, put it in park and like little worker ants (both in the garage and working underneath in the lower level) the techs get through an average oil change in less than 10 minutes, which to me is amazing since the last shop I use to go to, it would take them forever to get around to getting to my car and actually changing the oil. During my last visit, I had a power steering flush, oil change and had my differential fluids replaced and they knocked that all out in 30 minutes. With normal shops, you would easily leave your car for a day, maybe two. This place you’re in and out quick and the prices are refreshingly reasonable (no hourly labor charges)
Do not bother with normal repair shops, this is the place to go to get a good oil change and get in and out quick.

Was due for an oil change and got one done here while out running some errands. The staff were very friendly and got the change done fast (10 minutes perhaps?). Caitlin is a sweetheart. I would come back if I happen to be in the area again.

I have been to this Valvoline a few times and I must say they are very professional and perform very through work. Best thing of all: no appointments! A neat little thing is that they do everything while you are in the car.
I have had my oil changed, transmission fluid flushed and even a light fixed here. They are always eager to let you know about any coupons too regarding services.
A few words to the wise though: weekends tend to be quite busy in the afternoons, so expect a small wait. Not too long though. Also, unlike most mechanics/​auto service places, they don’t perform unecessary work so if you want something checked out, let them know since they are in the business of servicing you quickly.
I will be back for the quick service and geniuinely nice people that work there.

There has never been a long wait here ever and works is done efficiently. Price is competitive. I really enjoy coming here for a regular engine oil change.

Best quick oil change place around. Took less than 15 minutes and didn’t even have to leave the car. Everyone was super friendly.

It’s probably strange to review a quick lube kind of place, but a deep-​seeded sense of satisfaction compels me. These guys do a great job, getting you in and out in the time it takes to listen to a song on the radio. They’re always friendly and accommodating, and don’t treat you like an imposition to their day (even the folks not working on your car at the time.)
I can get my oil changed anywhere (including my own driveway thank you very much,) but it’s definitely the people that work here that keep me coming back every 5/6,000 miles.
