Few days ago, I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza with Bacon & ham. Also, I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta they serve. Together with a 2 liter, and delivered to my house, was a very good price and the food tastes delicious. So yummy!!! The bacon was so tasty, and the noodles we’re perdect. My food was delivered HOT. So I have nothing to complainn about my experience with Dominos Pizza

Ordered and payed for 2 pizzas online for takeout. Arrived at the restaurant and was ignored for 10 minutes. 6 employees total «working». 1 person answering the phone, 1 making pizzas, 1 standing outside smoking, and 3 standing around. Got home pizzas were cold, not going back.

We ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM, wrong pizza was delivered at 7:00PM, Called and was told our correct pizza had been sitting on the counter for 15 mins. We asked that they not deliver this pizza and make us a new one. 8:00 PM, 2 hours after our initial order was placed we received a cold pizza. We refused. When I called and said I wanted a full refund not a credit I did not get an apology but was told «we’re really busy» why is this my problem.
By the way, this was the second time we have ordered from the new Domino’s in Seffner, the first time we also received someone else’s pizza.
