Kerby’s Nursery & Landscaping

This nursery had a nice layout and alot of product. I gave three stars due to the prices. It was very, very, very expensive.

This place is amazing for those of you that have a green thumb and for those of you that do not, there is plenty of staff around who are willing to educate you based on what you need.
This nursery is arranged like a beautiful garden, except the plants are for sale. They provide different sizes of rolling carts depending on how much plants you need to buy. There’s wooden walkway pads throughout this mostly outdoor nursery to make it easier to get around with your carts. There is a covered area for plants that require a little more shade or indoor plants. Inside, there are gardening supplies and checkout.
To my surprise, they actually sell tropical/​Caribbean fruit plants such as, but not limited to two varieties of lychees, Ruby supreme guava, macadamia nut, jackfruit, London berries, soursop, cashew nut, Tamrind, Akee, and the list goes on. At the time that I was shopping here, I noticed that they had nine different species of the mango!
Around this time, they were also getting the place prepared for the Christmas holiday upcoming. The woman at the register made me aware that they are having an upcoming Christmas event open to the public in December which is supposed to be really nice.
I personally think this place is awesome for any kind of landscaping work you want to do. Even if you are not much of a green thumb and want to be a minimalist with your plants, they have plants for that too. This place is worth visiting if you happen to be in the area.

Sooo helpful & knowledgable! Lots & lots of different, hard to find varieties of plants & trees! We travel over an hour to get here! Totally worth it!

I was excited to see that they were having a sale on their pottery — buy one get one 50% off, but I was not happy to see the price tags on their pottery. Yes, they are very nice but I do not really wish to spend that much on pottery. All of the pottery that i saw was $ 40 and up. Some were in the hundreds.
We were also disappointed that they were not carrying veg plants. They only carry them during certain months of the year. June is not one of them.
They did seem to have a large variety of other plants (succulents, flowers, etc.).

I was referred to Kerby’s by a co-​worker who had a pothos growing in her office (it was actually taking over a spot about 6 feet long above her filing cabinets, growing across and down both sides of the cabinet) that I had admired on many occasions. She swore by a fertilizer she said they sell here. So I went and got some, and I have been using it about twice a year on my lawn for several years. I receive complements all the time about how great my lawn looks compared to the other lawns in my neighborhood.
The staff is always polite and friendly when I visit.

My neighbors who live in the same neighborhood as I do went all out with huge pine bark around they’re palm trees and flowers looks really amazing. I asked the family where they purchased it from they told me Kerby’s Nursery & Landscaping has it in stock so I went there bought medium size load of it to finish the garden front of my house! Now, my house has the wow factor then ever before.
The employees are nice and friendly they will answer any question that the customer may have to ask. These are the type of flowers they sale: Blanket Flower, Lantana, Whirling Butterfly, Salvia (many types), Mexican Petunia (Tall or Dwarf), Heather, Crown of Thorns, Bush Daisy, Bulbine, Marigold, Vinca or Periwinkle.
They also sale Palm trees of many kinds. landscaping designs by appointments.

This garden center is by far the best around. Beautiful healthy plants, knowledgeable staff, AND small dog friendly :). Next time your drive by, stop instead and take a walk through the foliage. I’m sure you will leave with something, if only an idea for your garden.

Thanks to a neighbor I found Kerby’s Nursery. Despite the drive I always go here for my landscaping needs. After I remodeled my house and needed to redo the yard I went to Kerby’s and ordered everything I would need. I had everything delivered for a reasonable fee and years later my yard still looks great. Healthy plants and great advice. Best place for help with sprays for everything from vegetable to ornamental plants and trees. The Fertilome systemic drench has solved problems on my gardenia, jatropha and my birds of paradise. Just twice a year application and no more black sooty leaves, white flies etc. I was able to save hundreds by stopping my monthly spray service. I always try to attend their free workshops. I always learn something new and useful and pick up supplies and plants while I am there. Sign up for their newsletter and you won’t miss anything.

The quality of the plants here is undisputed. The knowledge of the employees and owners is undeniable. I have bought many plants here and all of them are thriving thanks to the quality and care put into them by the Kerby family and whenever I have a problem with any of my garden, everyone there can quickly help me. Love love love this place!
