Exploitation of the elderly! Worst ATT experience! not even a real ATT store, this is just an authorized third party dealer. Sales staff took complete advantage of my elderly mother in law. She went in for help with IOS upgrade on her wifi iPad. They told her they couldn’t help and it was broken and ended up selling her a new iPhone and a new IPad, with cell service in both, and loving her in to a two year agreement. When she showed me her«broken iPad» I was able to complete the iOS upgrade in 4 minutes. Nothing wrong with it! I called them to see if the manager could help us with the unnecessary equipment. Since we were 10 days outside of return time, they refused to help… with cockiness and arrogance. Unbelievable! Fortunately, I called the REALAT&T, and they took care of everything! Shame in Chase and Joey for not doing the right thing!

I want everyone to know about the horrible experience I have had with AT&T. My old phone died so the AT&T store in Seguin filed an Insurance claim for me. I got the first phone took it into the store and the young lady that helped me duplicated my contacts in the new phone so I fixed that. Then discovered the next day that the new phone did not get Internet or email so I called Customer service and they determined that the phone was broke. So they sent another phone. I took it back to the Seguin store to get it activated and the guy deleted all but a few of my contacts. Then I started having problems with that phone. So I called customer service again and they said I would have to talk to the Insurance company about getting another phone. So I called them and they agreed to send me a phone like my old one. Not sure why they didn’t do that the first time. When the new phone came in I decided to go to AT&T in New Braunfels instead of Seguin. The guy at the New Braunfels store was a jerk. I am so upset with AT&T that I am sure I will be changing carriers in January. I have never been so upset
