The staff are nice enough, and the room is comfortable though drab. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE mostly fried food, every day. How unhealthy! They only allow a shower twice a week, on their schedule. The first day no one gave my grandmother much care, no one told us what was going on. My grandmother can’t wait to get out of here, she never wants to come back.

The staff here is attentive, caring, and respectful. They accommodated my family, answered our questions, and went out of their way to help us. Very nice, clean facility.
