Hands down the best burger around. On the griddle goodness. The meat is thick and not pre-made, the bun is greasy and warm, the veggies are fresh cut. The cheese needs to be replaced with real cheddar or swiss instead of American, but I just order without the cheese. PJ’s also has some dam good mexican food, made to order onion rings and fresh steak fries. Just ask that they cook ‘em crispy if that is how you like them. They are very eager to please. And have patience. Food cooked the old fashioned way takes time.

Great burger! I am so full right now… Worth every penny! Only bad I can say is that the atmosphere is lacking here, and, it’s not the fastest service(we called in our order and still had to wait a bit). Appearance aside, there was friendly staff & the food was really good. It was real! Hamburger meat, fries, fresh veggies, none of that frozen junk you’re served at a Chili’s! I look forward to trying something else here!

I am so frustrated with PJ’s. I love their food but it takes forever. I learned to call in ahead of time, and to ask to have it ready ten minutes before my lunch actually starts. The last two times my food was ready 25 minutes LATER than I had ordered. The first time they had an excuse, the second time they had no other customers. Just me. Another couple came in and ordered after me. The phone was ringing off the hook and when they finally answered it, I heard her say, «We’re swamped. Call back.» and she hung up the phone! This makes me so sad.

Little hole in the wall on the square in Seguin. Stopped in here on my way to the bank and had breakfast. Ordered the migas and iced tea. Tea was so sweet I couldn’t drink it, but I’m an unsweet tea kind of girl. Hot sauce came out and I couldn’t wait to put it on my migas cause it smelled so good. Finally migas arrived, hot, fresh, and full of deliciousness. I would order again, BUT I am waiting to go back and have the burger and onion rings. It’s a small place, dated décor, but staff/owners are friendly and accommodating, checked on us several times during our wait and after meal arrived. I’ll go back.

At first I was a little unsure when I walked in– not the fanciest place by any means. But food was good and EXCELLENT service. We had the enchiladas and Mexican plate– both tasty traditional Tex mex.

Want a real burger, made from scratch after you order? At least half pound of fresh beef on a huge grilled bun with generous toppings of your choice? How about home made onions rings or hand cut fries made to order? I’m not sure what took me so long to find PJ’s. They are only open during the week until 1:30. I’ve tried Kirby’s and Malibu and they just don’t compare to these huge juicy tasty burgers. I’ve yet to try anything else on the menu, as the burgers and rings taunt me everytime!
