I stopped here for work today so I didn’t buy anything but the staff seemed very friendly and attentive to the various customers that came in while I was present. Seems like real people not the stuffed shirt salesman I encounter at some places.

Seguin, TX
Went to sears today to buy all new appliances for the kitchen, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. Was asked if they could help and I replied yes looking at appliances and was never helped. Stood there for at least fifteen minutes and nothing. Other customers walked in and was helped all the while owner said o crap or os#%# every time one walked in. They lost at least a 3400.00 sale from me. Went go sears in San Antonio. Will never go in the store in seguin again.
