Soechting Motors

After having seen a 2013 Buick Lacrosse on Car Gurus, I sent a message to the dealership with my phone number and also requesting a test drive. Very shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from Clayton. We then stopped in to test drive and Clayton came out, introduced himself and gave us the keys; he had the car all ready for us. I already knew I liked this vehicle and it was in good shape and had low miles. After the test drive, we told him we liked it and wanted to talk a deal. He was very professional. The dealership was older but very clean and well kept. While we were waiting on the response from the financing company, he had the car cleaned and filled up with gas. This was the fastest, easiest, best experience I have EVER had buying a car. No pressure. Good, down home, courteous, respectful treatment. Clay went above and beyond what we were even expecting. I would recommend Soechting Motors to anyone who wants a good deal and to be treated fairly and honestly!!!

I give them one star because I know enough about cars (yes, I’m a woman… Shocker) to know they did not do their do diligence. They said at first they could take care of the problem… Okay, fix it. Next conversation is «I think it’s this, it might be that, but I did this.» $ 170 later they didn’t do anything to help. I would have appreciated them saying «we can’t fix this, here’s a person you can go to.» Now we are left with a $ 170 bill for nothing and a car that is still broken. On top of it, they didn’t even walk us to the car to show what was done.
In conclusion… If you want to be a reputable dealership/​mechanic, don’t say you can fix something that you can’t.

If you are a female don’t take your vehicle here they got 1 star because you cant do no stars I can’t stand how so many mechanics treat women different ya they’re nice to you kinda but they will take the male customers before you my truck has been there bout a week now and they have it partially worked on but stop mine and have taken on male vehicles it’s such bs I shouldn’t have to tell my husband that he needs to do something because they will actually respect another man but not a woman because there’s no reason for me to given such bad customer service

Great bunch of folks. This is your typical hometown Buick GMC Dealer. I take my truck here for regular maintenance all the time. They now me by name. If your needing work done to your car or truck think about taking it to Seochting Motors!
