Sonic

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Do not go here if you don’t have to. I have gone to this sonic multiple times in hopes that the bad service may be at a certain time of day or with certain workers but NOPE! Every time they take your order they are rude and snippy and will cut you off in the middle of ordering. The drinks are always messed up in one way or another. Whenever my family and I had an issue the worker was incredibly rude and insistent that we just do what he says, so when we him to get the assistant manager, Aaron, he was a complete asshole. There is no better way to describe it. Rude, dismissive, literally every bad adjective there is. When we called the general manager, Tomas, he just seemed sappy and nothing would ever come of our complaint. Luckily we went to the district manager, Travis, and he was able to resolve our issues. There is no reason for the bad service here. From now on myself and everyone I know will never be returning to this location. I hope anyone reading this never goes to this location either. It’s not worth it, go to the other sonic down the road.
