Terrible customer service. My AT&T provided Samsung Note5 had a broken S-pen just one week after getting the phone. It wasn’t damaged, but the clicker just fell apart. Poor plastic weld… I thought going to the store would make things quicker, so I found this store while traveling through PA. The first store staff that came to me did listen to my story, but said there was nothing he could do even though I just signed into an $ 800.00 contact one week earlier and that I needed to work through the problem with Samsung warranty. He gave me a post it note with their phone number. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t offer any assistance so I asked to speak to the manager. After a minute the manager(Michelle Balaguer(eeeeeh)) came out and she also refused to provide any help. They couldn’t even open a customer care ticket to have someone from corporate assist me through the mail or anything… they just wanted me to go away and handle the problem by my self with the Samsung automated voice prompter. At one point she was talking very loudly, abruptly, and with disrespect to me. I left there very displeased and angry with the store staff. In the end I called AT&T customer care from the Web site and a real person was able to help me open a trouble case and with getting a new s-pen.
