While the store is usually well stocked and they can have some good bargains; AVOID purchasing on line and think that you’ll pick it up in store. This is the second time that I’ve had nightmarish experiences with this and this store. After the first one over two years ago, I thought I’d give it a try, because I heard it could be convenient. It wasn’t! I ordered 5 items, and selected certain colors and descriptives, going by what was available for pick up in-store. When ordering, it said that they would be available in 2 hours. I received an email, telling my that my items were«in store and available for pick up.» The next day, I stopped by, and only 1 bed sheet was there. Shawn at the front desk was borderline worthless and rude! He told me that I should go home and recheck my email. I told him, I didn’t need to recheck my email, I know what it said, «Your items are in store and available for pickup.» He «didn’t know what to tell me, sometimes that happens and that’s just the way that it is.» and I’d have to check back in a day or two. Several hours later, I received an email that said, «Your order is not available in store, please sign in and change your delivery.» Upon trying, it was saying that they were going to charge me more money! I had a Live Chat pop up. I used it. «Michael» said that he would take care of it, there would be no additional charges and he would ship it to the house… and then the chat went dead.: / I checked on the order and nothing changed. I called the phone number for help. I reached an outsourced phone tech, whose Indian dialect was MUCH better than her spoken English. I could barely understand her, nor her me; and I am proficient in several languages and very good at understanding dialect influenced English. Sad. Very Sad, After 10 minutes, I hung up, we were getting NOWHERE. I called another number that took me to the same end, except that I could understand him and he me. He was going to ship it to the house, but my card would be charged shipping! No No No NO. I hung up. I found a number for Customer relations and called. I explained the whole situation and the girl tried to help, then turned me over to her Supervisor. I told the Super that I was at my wits end and was on the phone now for TWOHOURS! I explained that I was in Customer Service for 35 years and that this was the WORST Customer Service that I had EVER seen. I would have fired every one of them! I told her that my patience was empty. I wanted something done and NOW! She gave me this long speech with 5 options, which did I want? By the third option all I heard was the Charlie Brown, «Wa Wa Wa WHAWa?» I said, «Look. I want this item shipped and at my house within days, without charging me anything more than what I am already paying.» She said, well I can do this and this, but you could receive the original order, or both orders, or maybe it would be back ordered… blah, blah, blah… OR I could just cancel. I said Ya know what, I am done, just cancel it. SHEASKEDMETHREETIMES… «So, Sir, you would like to cancel this order?» I said«How many times do I have to say yes?» «Just cancel the damn thing!» «I AMDONEWITHTARGET! I will NEVER spend even .25 at Target EVER again!

i bought valentines card that said there was 16 in the box… i only got 12!!! This made me real mad, I wanted to go back for a refund, but the store is so far away. They were even«scratch and sniff» cards. Too bad 4 of my friends didn’t get them. Two lanes were open when there were about 12 people wanting to check out, this was inconvenient. I would not recommend going to this target if you want valentines cards. This trip left me extremely disappointed

This is one of the better Target stores. It’s not really that busy and they open up registers as needed. The store carries a limited number of groceries.
