Do not store your items with this company.
First, they are the most unprofessional folks I have ever met. Their monthly billing that they hire a third party to complete is ridiculous. The first month I was there, I was charged three times on my credit card. When I attempted to speak to one of the owners, she claimed it wasn’t her fault. Then I received a bill with a $ 45 late fee associated with it, because they claimed that they couldn’t process my credit card. Nothing had changed with my credit card in the year and a half I was with this company. When you want to go to the facility to speak to someone, you must set up an appointment because no one is ever there. It’s a family owned company that should not be in business. I know it’s cheap, that’s why I went there, however it’s not worth the time and aggravation that they’ll cause you. They’re so inappropriate, it’s not how you conduct business in todays world.
