Very bad service. Had one of the employees damage my bf’s truck while installing a battery and didn’t even apologize. The employee also acted like he didn’t do it when my bf clearly saw him. Then Jerry the manager right off the back acted like if he was lying. He didn’t want to listen and just wanted to just push it under the rug like if they had nothing to do with it. Very bad customer service! We will be contacting their local franchise owner.

This place always treats me right. The staff are so darn polite to the customers and to each other. The explanations of products, work, and warranty are clear and simple. I bought two 5-year batteries for my diesel truck, and just had to get one of them replaced inside the warranty window. They changed it out and restarted my warranty! They tested the other battery 3 different ways and assured me it was strong with a clear print out from the test device. I know if there is a problem later they will have me covered. I have been going to this shop for years, and the experience is always beyond positive.

Outstanding service by all three associates in turn this saturday at noon. Juan was excellent caring about our needs and even beyond. They made us feel really welcome. Great customer service guys!!!

One employee offered to recharge our battery and when we returned they actually replaced it– free– no questions or complicated receipts or return policy. It’s like I found a company who just does what is right. Very impressed.
