Vicki does a great job! She is the best in there and is extremely professional. All of the stylist are great. Management is great as well. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. Get my cut every two weeks and it’s worth it.

I went in to get a quick clean up, nothing major. My hair was down past my eyebrows. I do not remember the girl’s name that cut my hair, but she absolutely butchered it and tried to give me a high and tight. She cut edges into my hairline above my temples, put about a quarter inch gap between my ear and hairline, my hairline above my neck is now taken up by at least an inch and a half, and the length was splotchy all around. I have left my name and number for management to contact me, but they have yet to do so. I was offered 2 free haircuts, but who in their right mind would return to a place that has taken you from having lots of hair to a disaster?! I had to go to a real salon and was worked on by 4(real) stylists at the same time for over an hour. I hope that this never happens to anyone else, especially at the degree of how bad my hair looks. Update: The stylist has been let go from this establishment, this is a step in the right direction. Management is also working with me to correct this situation in a way that suits me. Moving my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Not a haircut but a way to spoil yourself. Haircut, fascial, and back rub. Beautiful girls, free drinks(including beer), and sports. What else could a guy ask for!

Grew my hair out for a mohawk for a cancer awareness benifit at work, when I went and got it cut she immediately shaved the back of my head leaving only room for a fohawk… wtf? I was so pissed I was the only one at my work function without a Mohawk, the manager did all she could that’s why it’s getting 2 stars instead of 1… months of waiting to grow it out thrown out the window because she wasn’t focused on the task at hand. Very annoying. Still bothers me to this day.

It’s a fun environment, hit towels, good haircuts, cute girls, and free beer! It’s a new take on old time barber. What else does one ask when getting a haircut? Oh and if you wish you can get a massage, manicure, or pedicure as well.

This place is awesome. Vicki is amazing and takes her time with everything. She makes sure it’s done right! Also a very awesome person to talk to. Don’t worry about the cut being akward, vicki can keep the conversation going and doesn’t make it boring. Will always go to her!

I did a walk in today after work and after a moderate wait that allowed me to enjoy a complementary beer I was lucky enough to get Vicki for my stylist, I found Vicki to be very pleasant while being an exceptionally talented stylist. This was my first time trying a full service men’s salon and I must say that it was a great way to end a work day; I can’t wait to try all the different services that this place offers. Thanks for great experience and the hair cut Vicki.

Horrible customer service, can’t get by with the stylists acting cute! This is a business and when you welcome walk-on’s someone should be there. I’ve been a customer for well over 2 years now and the service is not consistent, poor management, no standards which is probably why the stylists don’t stay. Making customers wait for service when there are no other customers… really…obviously these stylists think they are the only show in town. Too many times have I given this place the benefit of the doubt, however, this is it! Feel sorry for the owner who is trusting others with their business! You can get better service at Sport Cuts!

They really have free beer! My husband went here for his haircut and he was very satisfied!(And he’s picky). He was excited that for $ 25 he was able to get his haircut as well as a neck shave with hot shaving cream and straight razor… Hot towel on his face and neck was also a bonus. He also appreciate the leave in conditioner on his head that most barbershops don’t do. He also said the girls are pretty cute! He will be back for sure.

Jesus Christ GDSoBMF. Hands down one of the best haircuts I’ve had in terms of total experience. Why in the Sam Hill didn’t someone tell me about this place earlier? Let me just say this. The hour massage I got two days ago didn’t compare. This experience left me feeling like 1 billion, gagillion, fafillion, shabolubalu million illion yillion … yen. Yes, I loved my haircut. The only thing I appreciated more was my hair being washed twice — during and after my hair cut — and the neck/scalp massage. Seriously, the hardest part was hearing her say, «Ok, you’re done.» It was a struggle trying to get out of that reclining chair as I was totally relaxed. I was sitting there, feet propped up, feeling my wet, head and hair, still in awe of the awesome feeling of having my hair washed and scalp massaged by a lovely, talented, young lady. As she took the hot towel off my face, I all could think of was: 1. How do I prolong this? 2. Is this how chicks feel like when they go to the salon? I could do this every month. 3. And they do pedicures, manicures? Here. Just take my money.

Since moving to the area, I’ve been searching for a barber for my son. I seen that since the review rating wasn’t too bad, I figured I’d take my son in. Side note: my son’s previous barber was NOT at a kiddie place. Well, my husband came with us and when we got in we were greeted but it seemed like a forced one. Wait wasn’t long, I don’t mind the wait just as long as I’ll be a happy customer. My son was seated roughly 10 minutes later at Andrea’s station and she had asked what style I wanted and we explained and she got to work. Well, it was the FASTEST haircut he’s ever gotten AND shittiest. She was so friendly with her previous client, but with us she was in such a bad mood. I can only assume it’s because she was flirting with her previous client, and well. my son is still a minor. I’m never coming back to this place, can’t believe I paid to only get a jacked up haircut for my baby.

I’ve been looking for a great place to get more then a quick hair cut and I think I found it. The girls were friendly(pretty hot too), the prices were competitive and the heavyweight haircut was great definitely worth the money. This is my second visit and I will continue coming to knockouts.

Friendly and talented staff, a lot of available perks besides just a cut; neck shave, hot towel, massages, mani/pedi, wax, and a shampoo head massage. It’s a little pricey compared to other places but the quality and attention to the detail makes it worth it IMO.

It’s oddly difficult to find a good barber on the NE side… I bounced around for a while before finding this place. It’s gimmicky and a chain — some of the stuff is downright cheesy and I really feel that it would be better served without the«features»(beer in the fridge, tool chests for workstations, etc). Contrary to advertising, the outfits aren’t that skimpy and the ladies cutting hair seem to be doing a little civil disobedience by layering and covering up. All the shenanigans is the only reason I’m not giving it five stars. The good news is they really have their act together. On the institutional side, they make notes in a system for how you like your haircut, so you don’t have to explain it every time. There’s also a long list of services that are above the average chain barber shop. All of this would be worthless if they couldn’t cut hair. But holy hell can they cut some hair! This is not the five minute buzz cut or bowl cut. They take the time, make it right and know what they’re doing. This should be the strength the franchise is marketed on. Maybe I just lucked out with this location, but I’m more than satisfied based on the quality of work, not the silly gimmicks.
