Do not shop at the store if you want good prices. Do not shop at this location if you want faster checkout. The checkout process is very very slow, and the prices don’t match the product. Management is not even willing to help. Bad bad store.

What wonderful customer service. Went there 4th of July. Looked for a pool that was on sale. They did not have it so the cashier called around all stores to see who had it. Found only one left had them hold it and gave us and extra coupon. Customer service was great at the store on s 19 as well. The fella found the pool, ran back to get us a cover, brought it out to the car, would not fit, got twine. What a help. Nice service.

I like Big lots a lot and I never know what I might find. Most of the time when I’m thinking about what I need on a small scale I come here. It keeps me out of the silliness of Big Box corps and I like that.
