I absolutely love Dr Acosta. He is super knowledgeable and experienced and makes you feel comfortable. He is a real professional and very geniune.
I deducted one star because I found Dr Shamas to be very cold and very lacking in patient communication and bedside manners. She was actually quite rude to me on a number of occasions. She blamed me for their mistake in my appointment time (they scheduled me late in the day to take a glucose test, then I waited an hour for her to come in and say «you were supposed to take the glucose test but you came in too late.» I came in at the time I was scheduled. Then while in the hospital right after having my son, she made her rounds into my room, walked in and said «why do you have the bed rail up, what are you afraid you’re going to fall out?» I had just had a c section and I had my son in and out of the bed with me. I had it up for safety and comfort for both of us.
Honestly if I didn’t love Dr Acosta so much, I’d give much less than 4 stars because of her.
