The dirty appearance of the floor and food line was a turn off for me. The floors mats have a ton of food debris on them. I am stepping on chips under my table as I type. The subs were OK. The servuce was not friendly. They dont have napkins available in restaurant and when I asked cashier for napkin she insisted three times that they were rolled up in my bag. I said no napkins again and anoyher customer commented that I just need napkins. That is crazy… no napkins out by other cup and condiment items? Cleanliness gets a 1, service gets a 2, food gets a 3.
