Treasure Island Fun Center

My kids had a great time at this place we traveled from Clearwater beach to this location and the size of this place was impressive wife open space had kiddie rides, games for children of all ages including some old school fighting n shooting games for me! All the games we played worked fine which is rare for a place like this. I paid $ 20 for 100 tokens n the machine only paid out 95 they gladly have me the extra 5 no questions asked and we were in our way. One game didn’t pay out the tickets on the second player side which the man gladly made sure to open the machine and honor our tickets. Most importantly the establishment was CLEAN. The machines weren’t sticky the floors weren’t dingy and it didn’t smell. I only gave 4 stars because we did not try any of the food so I cannot comment on that portion so in our book it’s a 5 star place to drop $ 20 for 100 tokens n let the kids go nuts my tokens lasted my two sons about two hours they won 420 tickets total and walked out with a set of water guns and lolly pops. We would deff recommend people go if they need to kill a few hours.

It sucks. We came on my son’s birthday since we were vacationing nearby and this place was close and seemed to have decent reviews. Don’t expect it to be like ChuckECheese where all the games are 1 token; most of them take several, some as many as 5. We encountered more games that were either broken, out of tickets, or didn’t calculate correctly than ones that actually worked. After several trips to the counter to be reimbursed we finally just cut our losses ($ 30 worth of tokens) and moved on. It’s places like this that make me glad we live in Overland Park!

Treasure Island Fun Center is great. I’ve been there a couple of times and they have cool games. Each game cost about 2 tokens. They have games for younger kids and regular games for everyone to enjoy. There is a larger selection of racing and shooting games. They also have classic games like Skee Ball, pinball, Galaga and Pac Man. There’s a pool table and jukebox too. I really like Treasure Island Fun Center and plan on going back soon.

TI Fun Center needs some new games! There is nothing new here, but the kids like it.

This is a great place to bring young children that haven’t quite figured out if they are actually playing the video games yet or not. A lot of the machines have seen better days and more than a few tokens were simply gobbled up. While I didn’t try the food, it had every appearance of your standard, frozen food snack bar. The highlight for the little ones is of course winning tickets to redeem for «prizes.» If you are going to go, convert $ 20 into 100 tokens all at once — it represents the best conversion rate.

I took my 6 year old son here and we both had a great 2 hours for $ 20. There are plenty of games with different skill levels and the prizes they will win are on par or slightly better than Chucky Cheese prizes. As far as video games, if you want to play a modern looking game, expect to pay 4 tokens. Most games that you want to play cost at least 2 tokens. Old games like pacman, galaga, and slightly newer like Simpsons arcade game are 1 token. The bright spot is that $ 20 gives you 100 tokens, so it works out. We will definitely visit again on our next trip down here.
