Best dental practice ever! Professional, polite and got to the root of my problem, quick.
Dr. followed up later today to check on me and provided his direct contact #. When does this ever happen? Good old fashion concern for the patient! I’m Feeling very good about this dental practice. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

As an update, my husband and I have now been patients of Dr. Kinzler for 18 months. I continue to be extremely impressed with his office — that are extremely easy to work with, and we both appreciate their skill very much. I have been in for cleanings, but my husband has required more services, and we are both very pleased.

While stationed overseas in Iraq I broke a crown. I was traveling to St Pete’s beach for vacation, so I googled dentists who could fix a crown in one day. I wrote to a couple of dentists, and Dr Kinzler wrote right back to me. He was so reassuring and agreed to see me on my first day in the U.S. I was nervous to go to a practice where I didn’t know anyone. He and his staff where amazing. professional, kind, efficient and painless. He did a wonderful job replacing the crown (better than the old one). He even personally via email sorted out what type of procedure was needed before I arrived. I would recommend Dr Kinzler’ practice to anyone!

I was billed hundreds for services they claimed to have cleared through my insurance company… turns out they didn’t. All I got from them was «not our problem.» so much for caring about your customer.
