All Creatures Veterinary Hospital

When I first moved here I had an emergency with one of my cats and All Creatures got me in right away. In the past year they have taken excellent care of all of my babies including one found wedged between two pieces of concrete with eye injuries. Again, they got him in right away and told me what I’d need to do to care for him since he was too young to be away from his mother. He is now thriving and playing with all the cats, you’d never know he had been injured!
What compelled me to write this review now is the way they handled the death of my beloved Storm. She was sick and I had to make the decision to let her go so shed no longer be in pain. The staff at All Creatures was so loving and supportive through this process. They made it as painless as they possibly could for me. I opted to have her ashes returned to me. I had also bought a special necklace that some of her ashes could be placed in. They filled the necklace and sealed it for me along with the rest of her ashes in an urn they had chosen. What I didn’t expect was the heart with her paw prints and name inside and the tiny box with some of her fur and whiskers. This blew me away that they took such concern and love to ensure I had memories of my baby. The doctors also included a hand written note sending their sympathies and love to me and my family. I am so grateful to all of the staff at All Creatures for making such a hard thing to go through just a little more bearable. I highly recommend them for your animals needs. I will be a client for as long as I’m in Seneca Falls!
