Finger Lakes Pretzel Factory

This place is absolutely incredible! I found this hidden gem while traveling in central New York. I had a pretzel wrap and their NY style cheesecake. Everything is homemade and made fresh! They gave me wonderful service and even free pumpkin coffee. What I loved about this place is that it’s family owned! Everyone needs to go here!!!

So far, so good at Seneca Falls newest business has just opened on State Street.
Growing up in the area this was a famous pizza place for many years. This empty storefront has sat for a long time and with the new ice cream place next door it is nice to see both businesses, side by side doing their own thing.
Family run. I hear they are from PA and want to introduce the PA style of pretzels to Upstate NY.
I will say they proof their dough into a huge pretzel. I heard grumblings about doughy consistency, but they just opened and had to work out the kinks of the oven.
The space is modern and urban and nice shelving featuring their own products.
They have sweet and savory pretzels and sandwiches and other baked goods like cheesecake and macaroons.
We will be back. I hope this business takes off. I hope they improve on consistency and keep regular hours. Nothing irks me more than a business that cannot keep regular hours.
