Max’s provided me with the best chocolate malt I’ve ever experienced — and since I worked at an ice cream shop for several years, I know good malts. It was the perfect blend of ice cream, malt, creaminess, and deliciousness. I could have slurped it down in about 2 minutes if I wasn’t so susceptible to brain freezes. The prices are really, really reasonable — and there are a million different flavors and combinations to choose from. The only downside is that the ice cream isn’t homemade — it’s Perry’s. But even so, this is a great place to stop — especially after a canoe trip in Montezuma!
