Our first appointment was truly a pleasure. We just purchased a 15-​year-​old home and a technician came out to perform annual maintenance, check for any obvious issues, and educate us on the proper operation of our heat pump. He was personable, patient, and right on time, and he answered all of our many questions easily.
Mid-​appointment, Bill popped by personally to introduce himself and welcome us to the neighborhood. And his wife Anna was the one who booked our appointment for us over the phone (and even scheduled it for Labor Day so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary).
This really is the sort of personal service we were hoping for when we moved to Sequim. While I hope we don’t run into any issues that require their expertise again any time soon, it’s good to know we’ve got someone nearby who we can trust. I wish more people would leave reviews to make it a little easier for newcomers to locate quality professionals.
