Just moved to Sequim and I won’t go anywhere else for local expertise for firearms, fishing, hunting, etc. I attended a firearm safety course yesterday and could not have been more impressed by the instruction and knowledge of Brian and the instructor who taught the class. What a great store.

When Brians’ Sporting Goods first started selling firearms, I went in and bought my first 1911 style pistol from Brian himself. This was YEARS ago and I still can’t find a firearms dealer who treats my family and I with as much respect as Brian. He is warm, inviting and does not hesitate to share his knowledge in a non-​condescending manner. I recently went to his new store location during a visit to Sequim to buy ammo, shooting gear and targets and was greeted from Brian the moment I entered. During a short chat I mentioned the 1911 and he remembered selling it to me. Brians’ Sporting Goods also performs FFL transfers and provides a streamlined experience for first timers. Brians’ Sporting Goods remains a valuable addition to Sequim and will only grow. Thanks Brian!

We have been in Sequim now for a year and were given a gift certificate for Brians Sporting goods we have an envelope from Brians and per his associate has his handwriting on it. When we tried to redeem we were told that it was no good, what we had was two pages from the Brians Website and a receipt, the Associate said that he did not have any way of figuring out what the receipt was for and don’t have a point of sale system. To me this is cheating me out of 50 bucks. I posted this same review about 6 months ago and see that it has been removed, If you want to remove please contact me first. I will not do business with Brian’s sporting goods in the future and would suggest Swains highly.

This small store has things you really need. The owner knows fishing! He is helpful and on occasion has a great, informal seminar on fishing. Don’t miss this seminar, Go to Brian’s first, you will be glad you did.
