Excellent and refreshing UPGRADE from previous owner! Nice grilled options, menu with variety and reasonably priced. Clean, super friendly & welcoming, family oriented atmosphere. Easy parking, ADA accessible, good wi fi bandwith. Many thanks to this family business that took over this establishment and tranformed. I will be regular. :-)

The fried clams are excellent! Fries were done perfectly and the Cole slaw unique and delicious! We were told when we arrived the chowder wasn’t available to order because the owner didn’t realize the breaker had been off. We were disappointed to hear the news because it was one of the main reasons we chose the place to begin with. As we were getting ready to leave, the owner informed us the chowder was ready and he wanted to give us a cup on the house to try out. Much to our amazement, they brought two cups of steaming hot chowder with crackers to our table for no charge! One of the best and most unique chowders we have had. We will definitely be back to Fudd’s.

I love this place. Best fried fish I’ve had on the west coast and I have lived her 18yrs now. If you are looking for fish lost in tons of batter, this is NOT the place to come because they make their fish BETTER! Light seasoning and fried, simple and good. The owner and his grandfather were there when we were and they are very nice people. You can feel the pride of ownership. I hope this place does well because the owner is very dedicated and the food was wonderful. They had mandarin oranges on the tables which was a nice touch. I only complaint is that I wasn’t hungry enough the day we stopped so I will head back when I’m in Sequim.

We came to Sequim from Texas to visit family and after the 3 hour drive from Seattle, we were hungry. We looked on Unilocal for a good local restaurant and decided on Fudd’s. We ordered a bowl of clam chowder, a bowl of seafood chowder and a clam strip & chips basket to share. Both chowders were DELICIOUS! Flavorful and steaming hot(just the way chowder should be), these large servings were quite satisfying. We really didn’t need to order the clam strips because we were so full! Of course we ate them, anyway! Very tasty! Served with fries and Cole slaw… you should try them! The slaw had a different flavor… I think it had apples and apple juice instead of mayo or vinegar! Yum! We are in town for three days but I’m pretty sure we will be back for lunch one more time to try their fish and chips! If you live here… are visiting… or just passing through town… make this your choice for lunch! As a bonus – Ashley, one of the owners, is sweet and talkative, offering information about the area and town!

Fudd’s isn’t located in a street front location in downtown Sequim. We easily found parking. Décor is basic. Staff is very friendly. Service was fast. Food was very tasty. We had 3 children in our party who ate well also. Would recommend Fudds to everyone!

Came in for lunch today, we came in because there were so many good reviews. The owners were nice but the food is a bit tasteless. The fish was rubbery because they put it in the deep fryer while it’s still frozen and the shrimp was prepackaged. Really wasn’t very good. At the end of it all ended up with a bit of a stomachache.

The fish and chips were GREAT and onion rings were amazing, but what really stood out for us was the customer service. The restaurant was clean, fast, and did I mention delicious. The older man working was so sweet to our daughters. We went next door and surprised our girls with some beautiful cupcakes. He filled their bellies twice!

A real find. The cod and chips were delicious. Yery lightly breaded, the cod actually tasted like cod.(What a concept!) The smoky salmon chowder was very nice, and a very generous serving. Everything tasted homemade. Nice people, too.

Fudds was great. We stopped by on our way to Port Angeles. The guy and gal working were both very nice and helpful. The gal misunderstood the order for my husband and after his food didn’t come out shortly after mine we asked if it would be much longer… She was very understanding and realized the mix up. They were gracious enough to give us his meal for free Very awesome food and service.

Great, attentive service, the lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. She told us about kids meal options not listed on the menu, which was very helpful. Food was ready quite quickly and was brought out to us. Fish was fresh and flaky, not greasy at all, and the fries were amazing! Drinks were all bottled or canned and way overpriced. $ 2 for a small bottle of water is on the unreasonable side, a fountain would be more cost effective, both for the business and customers. There is some cute décor, like the driftwood fish pictured, but stark white walls give a very«cafeteria» feel. Overall we were pleased and will come back.

Had lunch at Fudd’s Fish and Chips. I had the clam strips husband had the two piece cod and chips The clams were nice and big served with fries, slaw, lemon wedge, cocktail sauce and tarter. Cocktail sauce was right on and the tater was creamy but not a lot of flavor. The fish was thin cut and ok size we also like the drier. The only thing we thought was the price of our lunch was on the high side. $ 23.00 for two entray’s and one soda.

We love fish and chips… well, we LOVE each other, but we really, REALLY like fish and chips. Oh, and clam chowder. This spring we’ve been to some of the usual F&C places in Seattle: Spuds, Pacific Inn, West Seattle Fish, etc. we’ve had some pretty good and some so, so. Imagine our surprise when visiting Sequim for our anniversary, we went to a cake store(for carrot cake, ‘natch…) and found that there was a NEW F&C joint next door. Well, new and old. It turns out that the prior fish place was owned by the new owner’s grandfather, who retired and sold Brendin Rychlin and his girlfriend Ashley Theilen the restaurant. A quick cosmetic change and they’re in business. We caught them having been open exact one month. The fish(we had cod, but they have salmon and halibut as well) was delicately breaded. So lightly dredged that we could see the flakes of cod underneath. YEAH!!! It’s cooked to order, as are the seasoned fries: crisp and hot. We also had their seafood chowder with clams. They serve it without as well, but what would be the point? As it turns out, the chowder was delightful: not overly thick, balanced seafood flavor and tender clams. WONDERFUL!!! We sincerely hope these two thrive in their new business. We will be back every time we pass through! KUDOS! :-)

A welcome change from the previous ownership of this small town fish and chips restaurant. The new owners are a young couple dedicated to delivering friendly service and fresh food. The fish and chips were second to none, the batter was right on point and fried to a perfect golden brown. The homemade tarter sauce complements the fish perfectly. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a good, moderately priced, plate of fish and chips. All they need to do is add some fried pickle spears to the menu. I will definitely be back for more!
