Olympic Smile Care

I’ve contemplated giving this place a review for over five months. Primarily because the dentist there is a very nice guy. However, after what has surpassed the past few dweeks I can no longer help myself because I dont want anyone to go through the experience I have been through. I went to Dr, Ben for a cleaning and to fix a chip/​filling on the right corner of my front tooth. I was told that I needed thousands of dollars of work to re-​do root canals, and that he would fix the chip/​filling on that visit. Long story short– when I asked to get the records faxed to the school of denistry so I could get a second opinion and get the work done for a more affordable price it took four weeks of requests for faxes and lies saying they were sent before I finally had to go ;pick them up myself. At that point, the chip/​filling was falling out on a regular basis and I was having to put it back in with my tongue. Finally, it fell off for good. This happened twice. Within a few months time period. (no wonder because he took about five mintues to do the actual work). On my last time I went in there I was quite upset since I ended up with a chipped tooth in the middle of a work vacation which was very embarassing. He agreed to fix it for free one last time. This time he actually took some time to fix it but I could feel that he kept grinding down my tooth. When it was all done I had a front tooth that was drastically shorter than not only my other front tooth but to the ones next to them. I wanted to cry. In the past weeks, the entire right side of that tooth looks as if it has permanent coat of plaque on it and its about to fall out any day now. So I have a overly short tooth, that looks like I ate a bunch of dough that is stuck in the corner of my tooth permanently and soon I will have a fragement of a tooth when it falls out. The replacement will cost at least $ 1000. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY IF YOU HAVE COSMETIC WORK YOU NEED DONE. I don’t know if he is fresh out of dentist school and needs practice or what… but trust me if you saw the before and after of what he has done to my tooth you wouldn’t want to get work done there.
